Hi Daniel. It's as though the message was never there. It doesn't
download to Outlook Express. If I go into IMail admin it says there
are no messages in the mailbox. It seems as though OE is reading it
as already having been retrieved, and being 5 days old, then deleting
it. I've asked my customer to uncheck the "leave messages on server"
box and check the mail manually rather than having it check every 30
minutes, while watching to see if there are any connection errors.
I've checked the logs at the times of several of the lost messages
and it always return status=1 for the delivery, then on the
subsequent check the POP3 log shows a message being deleted and
nothing being retrieved.
