Yes, I emailed every address for terms of service issues, to customer support, to corporate. Believe me, AOL does not care what their users do unless they are doing it on AOL itself. Even an email abuse they will generally tell you that they couldn't verify it was an AOL user. They are masters at not taking ownership of a problem.
