He did--and he chose one that agrees with his belief, and he agrees in
return to their ToS!

He's   not   cheerleading   for   defying  an  agreed-upon  ToS,  he's
cheerleading  for *avoiding* any relationship to begin with with a ToS
that  does  not  fit  your  values--he's  effectively and legitimately
"voting  with  his  feet,"  as  it  were,  not  the  more questionable
"breaking  an  unjust law" or whatever the political equivalents might
be.
