This discussion has nothing to do with breaking your own provider's ToS and expecting your mail to go through anyway. It has to do with being in complete compliance with your local provider's ToS--which may include provider-assigned PTR records--and then being subordinated to the ToS whims of a *remote* provider that make faulty assumptions about the legitimacy of your use of the Internet, then force you (not you the happy employee of a behemoth, you the recession-addled small business) to make costly changes in reliability, manageability, and/or connectivity to mesh with their ill-thought-out policies. -Sandy ------------------------------------ Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist Broadleaf Systems, a division of Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
