I downloaded a trial of WorkgroupShare just to see what it was like. One
thing that I did *not* like was that there was no ability for the end-user
to share his or her own folders, or set permissions for people to access
them. You could check a box in Outlook to allow it to be shared, but the
actual sharing could not be done there. This all had to be done by an
administrator sitting at the server (sharing & setting permissions). Is the
same true with the version that ships with ICS?

The end user can determine which folders are synchronized, but in this version the Administrator must set access permissions. Setting access rights by the end user is a planned enhancement for a future release.
