I am sorry to say its to late I have committed to Mail Enable Enterprise $
560.00 + $ 40 per incident no further costs and in a way I am glad that I
looked around at what other products are out there to see what I am missing.
I could afford to purchase a new product each year for what Ipswich is
wishing to charge me for a maintenance releases. Get real Ipswich. I have
called Ipswich about 4 times over 6 years and sent 5 emails most of the
problems I solved myself.

That means IMail in itself will never be sold again to someone who is not
allready using it. That's you decision, but *not* to sell a product you
allready have developed or for which the cost are merely selling it seems a
strange decision to me.

We will probably upgrade when there will be a new feature in IMail we want
to have. But.... we might not if we find another product which meets our
needs and price. So far any support I have ever needed with IMail has always
come from this list, never by calling Ipswitch support. So we won't renew
our SA until we want to upgrade.
