Thanks for the addition to the list.

FYI, I asked my local netops group (that's JANOG) on the mailing list
what their prefernce was, and it came down to two choices.
[] or #. Several comments were made against # (some would
parse it as comment, it is not usable in URIs, etc).

Maybe so.
If a difference in IPv4 has worked for us thus far,
we may be able to live with the difference in IPv6,
(although I myself would prefer []),
except for Dave's 2001:4860:b003::68:80 example.
