As long as people are giving suggestions, one that seems totally
unambiguous in all respects, and compact, would be to simply as "p" in
front of the port number. Can't be confused with hex, works with IPv4 in
IPv6, or IPv6, doesn't require brackets, and it does not depend on
maximum use of the :: convention.
