Yes, I have it nice, but also we are experiencing massive layoffs lately (I've lost 2 bosses in the last year due to layoffs, and my current one just gave his 2 wks notice) so job security and satisfaction/morale is pretty darn low in spite of all the time off etc. I have never met the person who will be my new boss so that's exciting (not). I'm sure this departure will lead to more attrition in the team as this boss was a particularly great boss -- would not be surprised to see him take a few people with him, so much as that is possible. I would trade some time off for job security pretty quickly in this economy. Being on unemployment is not so great.
