American with a non-profit research-ish job:
25 days/year PTO (accrue about one day every two weeks) I started at 20
days, but after two years bumped up to 25, I think there's another bump at 8
years.
10 paid holidays
No sick days (it all comes out of the paid time off pool)

Unfortunately, I've been using most of my PTO to work on projects for grad
school near the end of every semester.
