I wrote the initial post. Like you, I normally sit back quietly and just
read the posts.
If you had read my post carefully you would have noticed that I never
bashed HJ for releasing an upgrade too slowly. In fact, my post posed
the question of why the sudden rush to release version 3.3 so fast.
What upsets me is that I just paid $300 for an upgrade to version 3.20.19
in late January. I also paid $100 for an SMA, which entitles me to two
free upgrades.
I am annoyed that one of those upgrades is being released just over
three months after I paid for the SMA. And from what I've read on this
list, the current version IS NOT ready for final release. But alas, HJ
has already sent this version off to the press. It sounds as though JFW
3.3 needed quite a bit more testing before its final release. I am
perfectly happy with version 3.2, and don't plan on installing an upgrade
which is full of bugs.
So, excuse me if I am angry for being "taken to the cleaners".
BTW - I am a programmer also -- for what that is worth.
