Well, you know, you are right. Yep, there are still a few bugs in JFW 3.3, but
have you noticed that about every month or so MicroSoft has to put out yet
another patch or support patch for Internet Explorer or Windows or one of their
other packages. And, how do you know that the reason for the problems are
always JFW's fault; becqause some sighted guy convinced you that when there is
a problem it has to be the fault of the access product because all sighted
computer users know that Windows software is bug free and would have no
problems with locking up, etc. if it wasn't for that darn access technology
software.
I will say that there were a few more things I would have liked to have
seen in JFW 3.3, but if everybody got everyfeature that they wanted in the next
release of any software then there would never be a next release because it
would be an endless list of wants. At some point the company's development
team has to draw a line and say that's it for this release. I have had the
privledge of being on a number of beta teams for many software packages,
including JFW. And, believe me there was quite a lot of testing done and
revising done before JFW 3.3 was released. Whether you like the finished
product or not the point is that JFW 3.3 is far from the last release JFW will
ever go through, and an awful lot of good new things are included in the new
release. No, I didn't say it was perfect, and neither is any other software,
including Windows '98 or Windows NT. So, if you wish to not use a release of
JFW that you have payed for then that is your decision, but since you say
yourself that you say very little on this list then obviously you didn't give
anybody any input about what you wanted to see in version 3.3 so what are you
whining about? If you want a better product then tell the people at HJ what it
is that you want that you aren't getting in JFW and see if they put in your
suggestions.
