but you eat all the same stuff as we eat here in argentina! amazing! i thought we were the only people that ate brains, tripe, sweetbreads, and all that morgue material. i love brains, sauteed in butter or breaded and fried. brains are a typical ravioli filling stuff here. tripe is absolutely beyond my endurance. i'd rather chew on a towel. but most people i know adore tripe stew, cold weather staple here. one thing i've noticed is that beef cuts are totally different in the us. are cuts in the uk different from those in the us? maybe we cut the british style here. wallyK, who finds escargots a great excuse to eat the sauce.
