I think so, Mark. If you substitute "me" for the two "yous" it would read:
"He sends me a poem and she's (Little Green) lost to me."
I think the lyrics reflect the difficult time Joni was facing...giving birth to her daughter, the father running off, and her decision to place the child up for adoption. She's lamenting the loss of Kelly.
