Hi Rob,
You can't register a KR aircraft as an LSA.  An LSA is a factory built 
plane.  An E-LSA is an experimental airplane based on a factory produced 
LSA aircraft (like Van's did with the RV-12).

In order for someone to register a KR as an E-LSA, someone would first 
have to build a factory approved LSA version.
