Hello Diane, It would be worth looking at the free program from Microsoft called SyncToy (from the MS site) which automatically updates the data files between 2 (or more!) locations. I use it for Legacy on 3 machines here including a Laptop. It allows me to work on any machine and update all databases to the same level.
