Hi Mary,
This is common in many Windows programs where the location offered is the
same as the one of the file currently in use.

I personally wouldn't back up to my Legacy Data folder
Nor would I, but according to Sherry, that is Millennia's recommended
method!
Once chosen, Legacy remembers my backup folder.
Perhaps you're only using one data file, so not changing folders
between backups?
This is what happens for me -
(a) Open data file 1 from C:\Legacy\Data
(b) Attempt to backup datafile1, I am offered C:\Legacy\Data..
(c) Navigate to D:\backups, do the backup.
(d) Attempt to open datafile2, I am offered D:\backups.
(e) Navigate to C:\Legacy\Data, open datafile2.
(f) Attempt to backup datafile2, I am offered C:\Legacy\Data.
Thus going round in circles .. neither of my preferred folders is
remembered, not even the "default" folder for data.
Just a minor annoyance, but surely easily to fix?
Regards,
Mary Young
