Well making it illegal has sure slowed 'em down hasn't it? Some people can handle drugs and some can't. That's got to be an inside decision All making drugs illegal does is make addicts into criminals and make the druygs world all cool and forbidden sorry. But we know what Meth users and addicts look like even though Meth is illegal, what does that tell you.
