Sorry, but this will not work in Sweden due to the use of the 009
international
prefix. Ie, you cannot use just the country code but must append 009.
To dial Norway from Sweden you would use, 00947XXX. Starting from
990911
Sweden converts to the foreign prefix 00 as this is the agreed upon
standard
within EU.
Btw, I'm using 2.3.13-irda1 to dial with a SH888, it works but I've had
hangups (no traces). This version is much more stable then 2.3.9-irda3
that
hanged as soon as the phone was removed and a terminal program was
talking
to the phone. (Have not tried ppp as kppp thinks that 2.3.13 lacks ppp
support,
probably due to the recent changes in the PPP code).
