As some (maybe most) of you know, I'm in the webhosting business. So I know a bit about how to do this. Read the fine print. These companies all limit you based on machine resources you use. One of them (not necessarily reviewed on the link) has in their terms of service that you can't use them to store files; only for websites, and if they find files that aren't being accessed in what they call webhosting, will delete the files. Yes, it's actually in the fine print of their terms of service. You do get what you pay for.
