I prefer to buy Canadian myself, but I've never found a Canadian
retailer, even online, that can match the RAM prices out of the US.

RAM always seems to be more expensive - In the case of my last
purchase from OWC, the same 1 GB stick was priced at $253 (before
taxes) locally. Total cost from OWC, including taxes, shipping,
exchange rate, etc. was about $160.

Talk about a compelling reason to purchase from a US company.
