Maybe they used to allow it years ago, and then removed the ability to register it? I did check before sending that email, and found no option for that. The only options I am offered are: * Text message of voice call * Security key * Google prompt (Get a Google prompt on your phone and tap Yes to sign in) I would be happy to be proved wrong if there is a way I have missed, though.
