Indeed. The John Birch Society circulated a pamphlet Keynes At Harvard in the 1950s. It blamed him for sneaking socialism into "free enterprise" economics and higher education. Presumably everyone here knows that Keynes was deeply anti-socialist, anti-Marxist, and anti-communist. So the fact that people like Birchers were also upset at Marcuse proves nothing.
