Seems like the non-open source parts are the Swype virtual keyboard.
The agreement is very unclear on the rest of the MeeGo software
accompanying the release, and doesn't clarify whether the "installer"
is the installation image of the MeeGo Tablet UX or whether it is some
internal swype installation program.

For example would distributing the QML files in
/usr/lib/qt4/imports/MeeGo/ and /usr/share/meego*/ constitute "reverse
engineering" "decompile" or "disassemble" of the software or
installer? They're just files on my computer, all with an Apache 2.0
license and no other copyright indicating "All rights reserved" or
some other change in copyright status -- after all, Apache-licensed
software can be closed sourced by anybody at any time, but it would
require an additional copyright to cover the proprietary
modifications.
