This was indeed the first attamp but when we discussed mirroring the translation
list Uri explained why he backed up.
I might bring the reference tonight when I'm home and if I'll find it was ment
to be public.

To bad someone deleted your blog entry which in its follow-ups you objected the
web archives idea and thereafter following a pretty long discussion Tzafrir was
allowed to put it up.
To give the web archives further push its address was never published on
Hamakors website or anywhere else but the deleted blog entry and a massage I
posted on Kaplan's blog and to which I keep return when I forget the adress
(actualy it might have beed "published" to the target audiance on some mailing
list).

AFAIK the discussion on @ivrix explains why but I can't rule out personal
corespodance with Uri.
