Hmm. It works on my BUZ with the new CVS driver. Maybe that is obsolete.
Please try it with other cards, if it works there too. I will remove
that from the howto if it  works everywhere. But you can be soure it
didn't work well. 

What I tried to say is, but did not:
When you start a TV application. This activeates the output plugs of the
card. So you can see the video you feed into the card on the device
attached to the output
