Given there's already "XML and Perl" and "Perl & XML" (I must admit I
was amused when someone publicising the former called it the latter);
and the myriad combinations of "Perl", "CGI" and "Web" in titles; I
don't think "Perl Cookbook" and "mod_perl Developer's Cookbook" are not
sufficiently distinguished.

Of course, people will call both 'the cookbook', but no doubt we'll be
able to spot which one they mean by the question. mod_perl will be only
one chapter in "Perl Cookbook".
