Not to put too fine a point on it, but this was my clumsy way of trying to say 
that I use the term "fascism" not merely to insult but rather in a technical 
sense, in the way a political scientist or historian would use it. And 
obviously I'm also saying that this is the way Pirsig uses the term too.
