I guess they could if they didn't have to install it, or change video
cards, sound cards, or modems. This probably actually would include an
awful lot of Average Joes or (or Joe Averages). And if we loosen the
restriction to No New Hardware Or Reinstalls For A Year, then that's fine
too - I'm sure that in a year installation and configuration tools will
equal and probably surpass those of Windows. Good points.
