Yeah, that's been my experience too ;-) .. no matter how stubborn I was :-)

Same here... I update about once a week also from CVS. And yeah, damn, just 
as soon as you get used to it, it bloody evolves and changes, LOL :-) Hehe, 
fortunately the MPlayer guys seem to know damn well what they are doing! I 
guess that's why MPlayer is more popular (on freshmeat) than even the Linux 
Kernel.
