Thanks again for all the responses.  I had a really bad head cold this
weekend, so I didn't drive at all, and low and behold this morning I
was shifting like a champ!  There are times when I'm certain that I
sort of over-think things, and I'm also certain that doesn't help
matters.  I'm sure I'll over-think things again from time to time, but
it did feel good to have a pretty smooth ride this morning.

It's funny, I've always watched bikers, and when they take off it just
seems flawless - they make it look so easy.  I'm sure I'll get there,
but it definitely makes me realize that there's so much more going on
than just throttle and go!
