I could not disagree with the advice more. And yes I have received new parts from Dell, although I have not had a great deal of need for replacement parts with Dell's systems as they are extremely reliable out of the box. If you are buying a white box system from a local builder how do you know that every part on your "new" system is not a refurb? Tim
