Alan's proposal was not related merely to projects on opensolaris.org, but 
projects integrating into OpenSolaris (i.e., ON, JDS, SFW, NWS, ...).

A project that's on opensolaris.org but yet is holding closed reviews is 
obviously abominable in every respect, yes.
