I've been investigating. Take a look at http://tinyurl.com/ys5hf3 - this was the change Neil et al made to the governance. All Sun did was say they should not have made that change without consulting the community or their management, and that they should change it back to what it was before. They are making it into a crusade but prima facie it was they and not Sun that acted in bad faith.
