A better way to look at evidenced based practice view it as reason and logic based. Meaning that you are taking your knowledge and understanding of the client, occupation, science, current literature and practice methods and integrating the ideas to form the best approach for treatment. By doing this you can explain your treatment bringing more validity to practice and hopefully providing more effective treatment.
