Why can't we have evidence for all of these things?  If OTs are using interventions, practice patterns, etc., shouldn't they have evidence that what they are choosing to use is effective?  We as a profession could be doing much more collection of evidence which could then be shared with others.  Since, as we have discussed previously, different OTs take different approaches, so all of these approaches could be examined for efficacy, if therapists chose to do this.
