At what point is it evidence based? What percentage of the group has to be 
successful with the treatment to state that the treatment is successful? Are 
we looking at the amount of people that are successful with treatment only 
for what we want to see or are we looking at it realistically? So does it 
really matter if it is evidence based or not?
