Very telling question. I would file Symphony under the "not worth implementing or discussing" category.
Even its authors did not bother to implement that system.
As I was saying, there is a lot of hype in this area. All this effort on small world
networks with O(log^2 N) lookups seems to be misplaced in the presence of
practical O(log N) and O(1) lookup systems.
