yes, i do have 'UNSORTED'(raster) ON
No problem there.
Apart from the (small) issue that software arcs create smaller
clearances than you'd expect: it might up the cost of the board when
they are close to a cost treshold.
I usually use 6 mils, the fab house has 5.9 as a treshold so they
detected a 'violation' on the arcs. I re-generated the gerbers and
got away with it :)
Can't help you with DA, but from what i read on the list I do not
expect to be big differences there.....
