   my apology on posting this problem on a linux mailing list, but just 
wanna give a bit of try if anybody here have experience on setting up this 
device. 
   i do have right now your Netopia 660-DDS with v3.3 os software. i tried 
connecting it to my Cisco 2610 router via
leased line (not in frame-relay). i just wanted to use your features of 
PPP or HDLC encapsulations to connect. but seems its not working.
    fyi, heres my configs of your product:

ill already did tried both PPP and HDLC Encapsulation and tried also all 
Circuit Activation Requirments(DCD-only, DSR-only, DCD and DSR options). 
tried also setting Data Rate to Auto speed.
