   done that part already, tried both HDLC and PPP but same state ive got 
in cisco router, actually.. no problem with e0, its in s0.... when i show 
interface s0 ive  got line is up but protocol is down... ive been twisting 
it for how many times, even Netopia Support cant even have it solve...
   i just dont know what the heck their hardware work when it comes to 
Cisco. whew! pati ppl from globe and etpi eh nagsurrender na doon.
