there are lots of input errors from your cisco router.. meaning it can not
understand what netopia router is sending about.

here are my suggested actions:

1. try to set your cisco router serial interface bandwidth to 512kbps
instead of 1544kbps as what your netopia router bandwidth configured and
your nokia csu/dsu bandwidth maximum capacity (nokia bb512)

2. if number 1 still fails, conduct a loopback test starting from your cisco
router to the first csu/dsu.. if everything is ok, meaning your v.35 cable
that connects your cisco router and first csu/dsu are properly configured
otherwise you already know where your first failure is.

3. next, conduct a loopback test from cisco router to the second csu/dsu
(that connected to your netopia router).. if everything is ok, meaning no
problem from your cisco router to the first and second csu/dsu otherwise the
problem between the two csu/dsu

4. try to reverse its loopback test by starting from your netopia router to
the first csu/dsu (the one connected to your netopia router).. if everything
is ok, try the second csu/dsu... if everything goes well then no problem
with your physical connection...

5. if 1 to 4 still fails, try to check your cabling... try to use another
available serial port..

6. try to see if the timing or serial clock is properly match.

7. if still fails, call technical support of netopia :->

fooler.
