I have problems with Net::Socket:SSL perl module in the new version. LMS
Most likely this is still reported, yes, but it doesn't really matter. I implemented a workaround, but forgot to remove the warning.
7.7.4 somehow complained the perl module is not installed. It baffles me because I used the very same perl version (5.14.4) that compiled the LMS perl modules on 7.7. All I did was copied the arch folder over into CPAN in LMS 7.7.4.
The SmartMix plugin has/had a warning about this. It's probably the plugin, not LMS itself. What exactly is the message you're seeing? On what platform?
FWIW: SmartMix only needs it to verify Spotify tracks. But as I said, I've implemented a workaround for this. If you don't get non-playable Spotify tracks or aren't even using Spotify, then you most likely can ignore that warning.
Oh... hold on... and update to 7.7.5: I think I did introduce a bug in 7.7.4 very late in the game, as a reaction to the Poodle vulnerability. It was supposed to protect mysb.com, but slipped a bug in to LMS right before release...
