Yes, I'd love to do that. But maybe I'm missing something fundamental or thinking too hard. As I see it, you have to have a smtpd listener accepting mail from the content filter, and the complex part is that, as you mentioned, smtpd processes do not choose the smtp process (there's more than one on purpose). As I've said all along, there are two groupings of mail, and only one group goes through this particular smtpd listener (and thus "smtp2") that I've been showing. If anyone can explain in a little more detail what Wietse is suggesting above, I'd LOVE to hear what you have to say.
