I don't use it, but from a very quick look at the documentation I guess that /etc/maildroprc file (or one of the files that it includes) should contain a "to" command specifying the maildir wher the message should be delivered. Alternatively, that command could be specified in ~/.mailfilter file in each user's home directory.
