Sounds like a power drain on the motherboard, if it boots normally without the card. What pc have you got and how many pci cards and motherboard and do you know how powerful you powersupply is in watts and what make it is. Are you intel or AMD. This may be able to tell me if this is the problem. What make and model of motherboard is in the machine ??? And how many pci cards can you fit ???.
