I agree with most of what you said; there is a wealth of information out there, as well as too many ways to skin a cat for Adobe Tech Support to cover them all. My complaint was moving from PS 7 to CS, and having things change such as their web galleries (among other things) and not knowing whether I was missing something or not in the install as to why I can no longer change type fonts and point sizes. It would be nice to at least have such basic tech support on the changes from one version to the next.
