I'm not defending Adobe, I still harbour ill feelings about the disparity in price between the US and UK releases of Adobe CS but have to say that their user-to-user forums on their US website are very useful. For the tough questions, Adobe product specialists do make an appearance and the economics of this one-to-many/self help approach are very obvious.
