Guess you didn't read my post. What makes you say "no help what so ever
unless you fork over cash?" According to their documentation, free phone
support is provided to registered users with the exception of certain
regions listed on their website. You can "activate you support period at any
time after you register a product."

They do go on to say that each product has its own support period. That's
understandable. They are a profit making corporation and not in it for the
fun of it. Therefore, I do think people are being unrealistic in expecting
support for an unlimited duration.

IAC, you are only paying about �125 for an upgrade. Most photographers can
earn that in an hour or so. Photoshop, IMO, pays for itself in a single day.
So, in effect, you are using it for free day in day out, week in week out,
year in year out...what more do you want? <g>

Adobe offer paid support if your support period has ended; take it, move on,
earn some more money and enjoy life...<g>
