It seems writing these commands solved half the problem? I now get the same 
error that Elias was talking about "Request refused" instead of the issue that 
it can't find the location. It's a pretty short message, just an outright 
permission denial. 

I got an odd feedback from the second command in dom0 though, maybe it's not 
normal?

$ killall qrexec-policy-agent 
$ qrexec-policy-agent >>~/.xsession-errors 2>$1 &
[1] 16771
bash: $1: ambiguous redirect
[1]+ Exit 1                  qrexec-policy-agent >> ~/.xsession-errors 2> $1


Written over exactly as it looks in the dom0, I'm not sure if it's meant to 
give this reply back or if this is normal.

I'll do a new restart and more testing once I get off the road.
